Pearlware Pottery Char Dish
Here we have an early and large sized pearlware pottery char dish used to hold the lake Windermere delicacy known as a Char (fish). Length 8.5 inches, height 1.7 inches. Two old top rim chip repairs to rim with associated tiny hairline. English c 1830/40.
