Richmond Royal Hospital Advertising Plate No1 Surrey

Rare pottery black and white transfer plate promoting contributions for the Richmond Royal Hospital.   Length 8 inches.  Faint hairline at 3 oclock otherwise in good condition. The hospital started way back as a residential home in the mid 18th century and judging from this image was still so when this plate was made. C1870/80
