Small Freeblown Flask Aquamarine German?

A highly attractive small flask with a mushroom style top. The colour is a gorgeous aquamarine with tiny seed bubbles within the glass. Glass tipped pontil mark. My hunch is its German as there is a faint half post ring below the neck line. No chips or cracks. Height 6 inches, width 4 inches. C1800/20
