Rarely seen black and white pottery pot lid advertising Magic Skin Cure for Dogs and Cats. Retailed at Charles Fargher chemist shop in Cardiff, Wales.  Marked on the base Toogood. Pot lids advertising this type of product is very rare. Width 3.5 inches. Cellar found condition with no repairs or damage, just a tiny faint line on the side of the lid. Base has crazing. Welsh C1910/20.
