English Shaft & Globe Wine Bottle C1670

A fine example of a dug shaft and globe wine bottle with long neck. This example is a wonderful dark apple green colour and can be backlit to show its 350 year charm of hand blown striations in the neck and air bubbles. The string rim is fully intact with only minor decorking nibbles on the top rim. The bottle has patination and remnants of soil around the top rim which I have left to show its history.
