Rare Edwards Patent Glass Feeder for Invalids

A very rare and desirable glass cow horn shaped feeding bottle for invalids and infants. This design was patented in 1857 and comes in a few different glass bottles. This one has a swan neck mouthpiece with acid etching for “Edwards Patent Feeder for Invalids ” on the front. Length 8 inches. No chips or cracks, just some light scratches either side of the bottle where it would have sit inside a metal holding frame. English C1857 onwards.**Ex Cooper Collection**
