Antique Solid Silver Gilt Eyebath

Exceptional solid silver gilded eyebath with monogram. The eyebath is a good weight showing a sign of quality and the gold gilding is all still intact. Marked on the bottom rim with an S and 13. Of European manufacture but i have not been able to pin down the mark. Eyebaths of this quality rarely come on the market. Early 19th century.
