Antique Solid Silver Baby Feeding Bottle Pap Boat Bennion Antique Medical Instruments

Exceptionally rare silver feeding bottle/ pap boat with hinged flip lid. The air holes allow the milk to breathe and also keep out flies. There is some engraved initials on the side which read JB. There are also very faint marks on the underside of the lid which I think read RH which would stand for Robert Hamilton who was a silversmith in Calcutta India and would date it too 1808/1817 only. This is the exact bottle found on page 263 plate 2 of Elizabeth Bennions book on Antique Medical Instruments. Minor old hinge repair otherwise no other issues. Length 7.5 inches. A rare feeder with magnificent provenance!
